COD Solutions Oy was founded with a single purpose: develop proprietary, AI-powered business software that small and medium-sized businesses can actually afford and use — delivered as a subscription service. Our flagship product, eCloud ERP, is the result of over 6 years of focused development by a team of dedicated entrepreneurs with deep experience in ERP, software, and business management.
Today our portfolio is more than a single product. Alongside eCloud ERP we build Dealer Portal & B2B and Intranet Portal, which sit on top of your existing ERP, Refleks for field service operations, and ZekAi, which lets you query your ERP in plain language. Your ERP stays the single source of truth: our solutions read from it and write approved output back to it. These solutions run in production today for companies ranging from fifty people to groups of 5,000+ employees.
eCloud ERP is a modular cloud platform designed for manufacturing, factories, wholesale and distribution operations. We own the platform, we develop every feature in-house, and we scale it across our entire customer base. The interface is multilingual — English, Finnish and Turkish are ready today, and further languages are added on request.
We saw that existing ERP solutions were either too expensive and complex for smaller businesses, or too simple to handle real operational workflows. eCloud ERP fills that gap — with an AI-first approach that automates demand forecasting, document capture, and decision-making.
Our 16-person software team learned enterprise software in the field. Our average experience is 18 years, and some of our engineers have been doing this for close to 30. We know ERP, manufacturing and trade processes from years of keeping live systems running — not from theory.
